Returns Policy

Rental equipment from Total Tuning LLC must be returned within seven (7) calendar days from the date it is delivered to your shipping address.

To ensure a smooth return process, please use the provided return shipping label and package all items exactly as they were received. Improper packaging may result in equipment damage, additional fees, or forfeiture of part or all of your deposit.

If you cancel your order before the equipment has shipped, no fees will be applied. Once the equipment has shipped, a $150 non-refundable shipping fee will be charged to your payment method, regardless of whether the tuning service is ultimately completed.

After the returned equipment is received, Total Tuning LLC will inspect all items for cosmetic and functional condition. Deposit refunds will be processed within three (3) to five (5) business days after inspection is complete. Any damage, missing items, or issues found during inspection may result in deductions from your refund.

Total Tuning LLC provides free shipping to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. All rental equipment is securely packaged and insured for its full value to protect both parties during transit.

Each rental shipment includes a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

To ensure the safe return of our equipment, all items must be packaged exactly as they were received. Failure to properly repackage the equipment may result in damage, additional fees, or reductions to your deposit refund.
