Remote DSP Diagnosis & Recovery Service – Find the Problem Before You Waste More Time or Money
When a system sounds off, the problem usually is not the gear itself. More often, the issue is in the setup, signal path, crossover strategy, gain structure, polarity, routing, or the tune before the tune.
Total Rescue is designed for customers who are stuck.
If your system does not sound right, a previous tune missed the mark, or you are not even sure whether your setup is ready for a Full Service Tune, this service gives you a structured way to diagnose the issue and get a professional plan forward.
Instead of guessing, replacing parts, or spending days in messages trying random changes, Total Rescue helps identify the real problem and the right next move.
And if Total Rescue leads into a Full Service Tune, you will receive $100 off your tune.
Why Choose Total Rescue?
Expert diagnosis before major decisions
If the system has a hidden setup mistake, signal issue, or calibration problem, a Full Service Tune will not fix it. Total Rescue helps catch those issues first.
Ideal for “something is wrong, but I don’t know what” situations
Weak imaging, harsh tonality, strange response, bad stage placement, missing output, routing mistakes, or previous tune disappointment are exactly what this service is for.
Saves time, frustration, and unnecessary spending
Before buying new gear, redoing the install, or booking the wrong service, get a professional diagnosis from Total Tuning.
Built-in next step if your system is ready for more
If the result of Total Rescue is that your system needs a Full Service Tune, you will receive $100 off that tune.

How It Works
Step 1: Submit your system information
You send the basic details on your equipment, DSP, symptoms, and any relevant photos or files.
Step 2: Schedule your diagnostic session
Once the information is reviewed, we set a remote session time.
Step 3: Total Tuning diagnoses the issue
During the session, your system is reviewed live to isolate the likely cause of the problem and correct what can safely be corrected within the scope of the service.
Step 4: Leave with a plan
By the end of the session, you will know what is wrong, what was corrected, and what the right next step is.
Step 5: Apply your credit if you move into a Full Service Tune
If Total Rescue shows that your system is ready for a Full Service Tune, you will receive $100 off that tune.
System Requirements
- In most cases, one compatible Windows laptop
- Stable internet connection
- Correct DSP software installed
- Ability to connect to the processor remotely when needed
If a second display is required for the session, Total Tuning will send it with setup instructions.
Important Notes
- Total Rescue is a diagnostic and corrective service. It is not a substitute for a full final calibration.
- This service does not include a complete microphone-based tune.
- Major install labor, rewiring, or hardware repair must still be handled locally.
- If your system is already correctly installed and ready for full calibration, a Full Service Tune may be the better choice.
- Customers who move from Total Rescue into a Full Service Tune will receive $100 off their tune.
