How It Works
Pre-Tuning Setup: Before tuning, your system must be fully installed and operational, with all speakers working and crossovers/routing properly configured. If you're using a non-VXI/MVI amplifier, manual gain adjustments will need to be made and connected to the VXI/MVI for optimal results. Detailed setup instructions are available upon request to ensure everything is in place.
Easy Appointment Scheduling: Once your system is ready, simply schedule an appointment, and I will log in remotely to complete the tuning. You’ll need to connect the Helix or Brax DSP and a laptop with stable Wi-Fi and a reliable power supply.
Receive Tools & Equipment (If Needed): To ensure the best results, you’ll need a laptop for the tuning process, equipped with TeamViewer and the JL TuN software to communicate directly with your vehicle’s audio system. If you do not have a suitable laptop available, Total Tuning can provide one for an additional fee of $125.
Expert Tuning Process: During your scheduled appointment, I'll remotely access your system through TeamViewer to fine-tune your Helix or Brax DSP, ensuring the highest sound quality possible for your specific setup. The result will be a fully optimized system, just like an in-person session, but with the added convenience of being remote.

I recently had Jeffrey do a remote tune on my system (Helix) and he absolutely killed it! My system sounds amazing, and he really woke it up. It was already tuned by another well-known tuner and the difference is night and day. I was actually pretty disappointed and discouraged with the other tune because I spent a lot of money on equipment and invested a lot of my time to do the install and it honestly just wasn't very good. I was wondering what else I could've done better on the install, and I was also wondering how much more money it was going to cost me to get even better equipment to get the system I was looking for. I figured I had nothing to lose at this point and gave Total Tuning a shot and I'm glad I did. It sounds better than what I was expecting. The process and provided directions are really easy and straight forward, you just need a little common sense. Jeffrey will also be more than willing to walk you through any questions before the tune starts. Once again, I am beyond happy, and I feel like the investment was well worth it because I no longer feel like I need to invest anymore time or money on the system (for now)!
