Supported platforms include Helix, Brax, Match, Mosconi, Arc Audio, and Audison Forza. This service is designed for customers who already have the required measurement access and want Total Tuning to complete the remote calibration without shipping a MAX™ kit. Total Tuning will remotely connect to your DSP software and MAX™ setup to refine system integration, spectral balance, acoustic staging, and overall realism.

How It Works
Pre-Tuning Setup: Your system should be fully installed and operational, with all speakers, amplifiers, crossovers, routing, and signal paths ready for verification before your appointment. Manual gain adjustments or installer-side changes may be required during the appointment depending on the DSP platform, amplifier configuration, and system design. Total Tuning can provide guidance if needed.
Computer and Internet Requirements: Non-JL DSP systems require a Windows-based laptop with the correct DSP software installed. A second screen or second laptop must be available during the tuning session so the DSP software and JL Audio MAX™ measurement system can be viewed and controlled properly. TeamViewer must be installed and ready, the JL Audio MAX™ system must be accessible, and the internet connection must be reliable and faster than 20 Mbps.

Tuning Process: During your scheduled appointment, Total Tuning will remotely access the required software, verify setup conditions, measure the system, and complete the DSP tuning process. This Customer-Owned MAX™ service provides the same professional tuning approach as our Full Service Tune, but is priced separately because the measurement equipment is already available on your end.
